Located in Sussex, we are a multi award-winning vineyard & winery with an intense drive to produce the finest English wines. We have three vineyards and farm 150 acres; our winery is in Cuckfield.
We are a small, friendly, and passionate team with a wealth of experience and ability. Our first release won three Trophies at the International Wine Competition and we are building on this success with a cellar door and increased portfolio of wine. We are recruiting for an aspiring sales professional to not only add significant value to our growing business but also to influence the direction of this dynamic company.
The Role
There is a huge amount of autonomy in this role allowing you the freedom to seek out unique opportunities for sales growth, you will report directly to the MD.
We are looking for a confident, organised, and passionate BDM to join our team.
Commission is uncapped so you will be driven by commercial success.
You will:
- Grow our account base inside the M25 and drive sales to the on and off-trade.
- Support our wholesale partners, engaging with their teams and their customers.
- Provide staff training and product support as needed.
- Deliver Account Management of new and existing customers.
Your Experience & Qualifications:
- A minimum of 12 months wine sales or account management experience.
- An existing network of contacts is strongly preferred.
- WSET/Court of Master Sommelier qualifications are desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
