Responsibilities

  • Showcase your Bartender/Mixologist experience by crafting a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including unique and exciting cocktails
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all drinks are prepared to high standards, maintaining consistency and quality
  • Oversee the bar maintenance, inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, monitoring stock levels and stock management

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
  • Strong bartending skills, including knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, classic and contemporary cocktails
  • Experience with bar maintenance and inventory stock management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining quality during busy periods
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with guests

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
