Your Role Will Include:
- All aspects of bar work – from pouring the perfect pint to changing barrels and managing stock
- Crafting and serving quality cocktails and offering knowledgeable drinks recommendations to enhance the guest experience
- Supporting and developing our social media presence with fresh promotional ideas
- Helping coordinate and deliver events and functions
- Maintaining a high standard of service and a welcoming environment for our customers
- Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health & safety, and hygiene standards
- Monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and minimising waste
- Leading shifts and supporting team members to maintain service standards
- Handling customer queries and resolving issues in a professional, friendly manner
What We’re Looking For:
- Bar/hospitality experience (supervisory experience a bonus)
- Confidence and creativity with cocktail-making and a sound knowledge of wines and beers
- A self-starter who takes pride in their work and thrives on responsibility
- Flexible, reliable, and ready to roll up their sleeves when needed
- A people person with great communication skills and a positive attitude
Experience:
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
