Haygrove Evolution Ltd, award winning producers of Sixteen Ridges Wine and Once Upon A Tree Cider & Perry are seeking an experienced winemaker to join the team based at their winery in Ledbury, Herefordshire.
US
Haygrove Evolution Ltd was established in 2015. We are producers of wine and cider for our own brands and produce under contract for local growers. Our winery production is growing; our biggest season so far saw circa 400 tonnes of apples, and 125 tonnes of grapes being processed.
We currently produce a range of sparkling and still wines under the Sixteen Ridges Wine brand which have been recognised with numerous awards over the years, and a range of fresh juice ciders, innovative co-ferments and dessert ciders under the brand of Once Upon A Tree. Again, many of these have won awards and high profile in the craft cider scene.
A large part of our production is dedicated to our contract winemaking and cidermaking, and we see this has potential for considerable growth over the coming years.
We are part of the dynamic and fast growing Haygrove group. A family business which has become a world leader in fruit growing and crop protection systems across 40 countries.
