The Leamington Wine Company is looking for a new and energetic person to join our award winning team in Warwick Street, Leamington Spa.
The successful candidate will need to have the following:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport with our customers and advise on wines, spirits and craft beers.
- Integrity, reliability, trustworthiness with a positive self motivating attitude.
- Good organisational skills, attention to detail as well as being energetic and physically fit.
- A good degree of common sense and work flexibility when required.
- A strong knowledge of wines, spirits and beers.
- Excellent numeracy with good IT and written communication skills.
- Experience of organising, hosting and marketing tasting events, both in store and external.
- Ability to take responsibility for the day to day running of the store.
- Awareness and experience of using Social Media
- A minimum of 2 years experience in the Wine trade/Wine Retail
- WSET qualification Level 2 or above
Full Time/ Part Time hours available, spread throughout the week including Saturday and Sunday working.
