The role and you:
This is a rare opportunity for someone looking to join Kinsbrook Vineyards viticulture team. The position will be a full time role and is open to applicants who are looking to advance their career in English Viticulture. Your primary jobs will be in the helping with all manual processes and tractor operations throughout the vineyard year. You must have experience in English or international vineyards, cool climate viticulture is preferable but not essential. We will be looking for candidates with experience, qualifications and most importantly the correct professional attitude to outdoor viticulture work. (PA1/PA3/PA6/PA2 all preferable). There will be opportunities to be work in small batch wine production and winery operations at certain times of the year as well.
The progression in this position is to grow into an assistant vineyard manager or vineyard manager of Kinsbrook Vineyard.
You will be working with over 23 acres of planted vines, with over 10 different grape varieties at Kinsbrook and help manage surrounding local vineyards with different age vines, further grape varieties and different soil types.
