Do you have a passion for people, a flair for hospitality, and a talent for crafting great drinks? We are looking for energetic, professional, and friendly individuals to join our Front of House team at The Glasshouse.

As the face of our restaurant, you’ll play a vital role in creating the seamless, light-filled dining experience our guests love. Whether you’re pouring a perfect glass of wine, shaking a classic cocktail, or preparing a beautifully balanced coffee, your goal is to make every visit memorable.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creating a Warm Welcome: Greeting guests with genuine hospitality
  • Expert Service: Taking orders, serving food and drinks accurately
  • Bar & Coffee Craft: Preparing cocktails, pouring drinks with confidence, and making high‑quality coffees using our barista equipment
  • Menu Knowledge: Learning our seasonal dishes and drinks to provide confident recommendations
  • Environment Care: Ensuring the dining and bar areas remain clean, organised, and presentable
  • Teamwork: Collaborating with our kitchen and bar teams to ensure everything runs like clockwork

Who You Are

  • A Natural Communicator: You find it easy to talk to anyone and stay calm under pressure
  • Detail‑Oriented: You notice the small things—from a wobbly table to a guest who needs a top‑up
  • A Team Player: You’re always ready to jump in and support your colleagues
  • Bar or Coffee Experience (Preferred): Experience with cocktails, wine service, or barista skills is a strong advantage
  • Experienced (Preferred): Previous experience in a fast‑paced restaurant is a plus, but a great attitude is our #1 priority

Pay: £11.00-£15.41 per hour
