Vineyard Manager

We are looking to recruit an experienced Vineyard Manager capable of managing multiple sites in the North Kent/ East Kent area.

Reporting directly to the company director, the successful candidate will be responsible for all of the day-to-day tasks required in managing vineyards, ensuring all manual and machinery work is completed to the required standard and budget. This is a hands-on position that requires a person that can lead by example.

The Role

 Hands on Management of vineyards (85% of role)

o   Work scheduling (manual and machinery)

o   Data collection

o   Work force management and supervision

o   Client liaison

Administration (15%)

o   Data analysis

o   Record keeping

o   Reporting

Skills & Experience

·        Viticultural degree or minimum 5 years’ experience of vineyard management

·        Good experience of operating and maintenance of vineyard machinery and equipment

·        Must hold a full driving license

·        Proficient in Microsoft office especially Excel
