A new and exciting position has opened at the UK’s leading and multi-award winning Australian wine specialist, based in Kent. The Vinorium strives toward the future, as does our talented team. As such, we are currently seeking a Brand & Private Client Ambassador which is a fabulous opportunity to build upon your own networks and exploit new beginnings which await you.

Who would this role suit?

The Vinorium inspires, as must you. You must consistently take the initiative and should not be afraid to do so. Your inspiration and enthusiasm must translate to all those around you – From our winemakers in Australia to our global, private customers.  You will have the capacity to shape and influence sales and communications therefore, a strong track record in brand leadership is essential.

Ideally, you will have a proven track record within the wine industry and be able to prove that you are of a strategic mind-set.  Experience in creating and implementing brand strategies is key for this role. Alternatively, you will have a wine business degree, this would be a super opportunity for a Plumpton College graduate or similar.  Regardless of your background, the following are requisites; excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. You must have the ability to adapt, to provide informed advice and to challenge the status quo. You must also be prepared to be challenged in return.  We are seeking a candidate with a strong creative judgement, an entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to continuously look for new ideas and ways of assisting the sales team to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape and communicate our brand vision.
  • Liaise regularly with all of our winemakers.
  • Successfully be the conduit between our winemakers, our company and our global customers.
  • Determine customers' needs and desires.
  • Lead new product launches, large tasting events and develop time-integrated plans with the sales team.
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.
  • Analyse current brand positioning and consumer insights.
  • A team player is essential with an ability to balance personal and team goals.
  • You must be a strong relationship builder.

  • A competitive starting annual salary dependent upon your experience
  • 28 days holiday during each holiday year. In addition, you will receive 1 day additional holiday for every full year worked. The maximum additional days accrued is 5, taking your full entitlement (after 5 full years of service) to 33 days.
