Recently established Independent wine merchant and wine bar Rise & Vine are currently recruiting for a part-time wine advisor at our store in Kensal Rise NW10.

Best described as an ‘Aladdin’s cave of beverage treats’ – Rise & Vine carry’s an incredible portfolio of wines from across the globe. This includes an extensive range of natural, organic, biodynamic and vegan wines. Rise & Vine also source beer from smaller independent breweries and offer an eclectic selection of craft spirits.

Our unique ethos is influenced by the local area and our business is tailored to suit our customers. We currently host an array of events including jazz nights, supper clubs, meet the maker and guided wine tastings. We believe in sustainability, great customer service and a relaxed, approachable attitude to sales. 

We are looking for a highly talented individual who has spirit, initiative and passion to join us on this new and exciting adventure. We require someone who can bring charisma, enthusiasm and fun to the role. Could this be you? 

If so, you will have a big personality and a passion for great drinks & customer service. A minimum of WSET level 2 or equivalent wine knowledge and education is essential. Craft beer and spirits knowledge is desirable but not an absolute must as full training will be given. It helps if you are computer literate, social media savvy, sales driven and are able to successfully manage stock and cash.

Part time working hours are 20 minimum per week over seven days and including weekends and evenings. A full time position will become available to the ideal candidate.

£9 per hour during a 3 month probationary period after which the pay rate and hours will be reviewed.
