The Leaping Hare at Wyken Vineyards is recruiting a Front of House/Restaurant Manager.
This person must be enthusiastic, motivated, professional with a good personality and ability to lead. Being the face of our restaurant, you will have opportunity to grow and help develop the business. This is a 48 hour contract, working Wednesday through to Sunday (including Friday and Saturday evenings) with every Monday and Tuesday off. You will operate at the same level as the Head Chef, working with them to run the restaurant, and answering directly to the owners.

We were the first vineyard restaurant in the UK and produce award-winning wines served in our restaurant. Our vision is to tell the story between Suffolk farm, English vineyard, garden and plate.
We are a loved, Suffolk destination and alongside the restaurant is a lifestyle shop selling our wines, magnificent Royal Horticultural Society garden and weekly Farmer’s Market.
We are a lively and creative community situated in beautiful Suffolk countryside.
Who we need:
The successful applicant needs to be experienced in the hospitality sector at management level, who is enthusiastic and knowledgeable about good food and wine, who can train and manage the team. Computer and IT skills are essential (particularly experienced with Tevalis and Res Diary or Collins Access). Ideally you will live locally.
