We’re seeking a standout Group Senior Sommelier to lead and elevate the wine programs across The Hut, Cowell Bay and The Hut, Little Jumby. This is a hands-on leadership role for a deeply knowledgeable wine professional with infectious energy, impeccable taste, and a proven ability to drive sales through storytelling, training, and guest engagement. You’ll curate world-class wine lists, inspire service teams, build supplier relationships, and turn every table into a memorable (and profitable) wine experience. A genuine love of travel is essential, as the role spans multiple locations and embraces a global wine perspective.
