Brand building is at the centre of everything we do at Digby Fine English.  We are seeking a new member of our ambitious, high performing team to continue building success in brand development, by working with existing and new trade customers in the UK market.  The role offers a unique opportunity to bring your own personal touch to the growth of the Digby brand.

Responsibilities                                                                   

As Digby Brand Manager, you will:

·       Collaborate with distribution partners on new UK trade account acquisition 

·       Work with existing trade customers to stimulate consumer demand and drive trade account retention

·       Manage brand partnerships

·       Lead trade marketing efforts and help with consumer marketing

 

To be successful in this role you will have:

 

·    Passion for the role wine plays in people’s lives

·    Respected wine expertise / qualifications

·    Experience of working with wine distributors

·    3-6 years of commercial experience in the wine trade

·    Proactive networking skills

·    Ability to develop a compelling value proposition for each trade customer

·    Excellent attention to detail, being highly organised and process oriented

·    Strong analytical skills

·    Honed political and negotiation skills

·    Interest in wine communication and brand building

·    Passion for customer experience and product quality

·    Team player mentality, with flexibility and willingness to take initiative and pitch in

·    Graduate degree preferred

·    Clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle essential

 

 Location When not travelling within the UK or remote/ homeworking, Digby’s luxurious headquarters and Tasting Room are situated in Arundel, West Sussex, BN18 9AJ
