Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. You will be responsible for managing and leading the team, ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant on a day to day basis and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction while driving the success of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations
• Develop and implement training programmes for staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to enhance their dining experience.
• Collaborate with chefs to design menus that reflect current trends while meeting customer preferences.
• Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a restaurant or similar environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Knowledge of food preparation, production techniques, and culinary practices.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in a kitchen setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and providing outstanding service.
