We are looking for a bar member to join our team in Hitchin. This is a permanent part time position with the potential to be extended to full time.
Teller bar launched in Spring 2024 and serves a range of high quality beers, ready to serve cocktails and wine. We strive to be a warm and welcoming bar which is people-focused.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a passion for great customer experience
- A love for high quality produce and a commitment to high standards
- A great team player
Role includes:
- Serving customers to a high standard
- Engaging with customers in queries about our produce and brand
- Maintaining a high level of cleanliness throughout the premises
- Safeguarding vulnerable customers
- Supporting the manager
What you’ll also get from us:

- Not a late night venue - closing times will be earlier than some surrounding venues
We will consider applicants without previous bar experience for this role.
