eCommerce Fulfilment Specialist (Wine Jobs: Wine Retail & Sommelier)

We are an award-winning wine merchant with over 1400 wines and a vast range of spirits and beer. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service, which has helped secure a loyal customer base.

We are looking for an ambitious, friendly individual to join our team as our eCommerce sales grow. Passionate about wine, you will work with a close-knit team to help us deliver outstanding customer service. 

The role: eCommerce Fulfillment Specialist

Reporting to the shop manager, you will be responsible for fulfilling eCommerce orders, delivering local orders in our electric van, assisting with wine club preparation, packaging control, cellar management and other shop-based tasks. The role will include extensive training to develop your wine knowledge and eCommerce skills. 

The candidate

Passionate about wine, you will be friendly and approachable, have excellent communication skills, and have an eye for detail. Although WSET qualifications are optional for the role, they would be advantageous. 

As the role does include some driving, a full UK driving licence would be required. 

The position involves regular evening and weekend shifts over 40 hours per week. 

Benefits include:

Competitive salary: £26,000 - £28,000
WSET sponsorship after six months
25% staff discount on wine
28 days holiday, including bank holidays
