The Hardiman are now recruiting for an experienced Bartender to join the team. With a delightful and expansive range of beverage offerings, The Hardiman has much to offer our guests and we are looking for an energetic and innovative candidate to join our award winning team!

The Role

• Delivery of amazing service and consistently high standards at all time.
• Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly using their name.
• Ensure a good working knowledge of food, all beverages and wine. Be able to make recommendations.
• Preparation of bespoke and signature cocktails.
• Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
• Up-sell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
• Assisting in lounge, restaurant or other departments as required.

The Person

• Previous hotel experience in a 4/5-star hotel property is preferred.
• Cocktail/Mixology experience is desirable.
• Previous experience in a high volume/ fast paced environment.
• Previous experience in a busy food and beverage operation.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Micros Experience would be preferable.
• Mid Week and Weekend availability required.
