Exton Park Vineyard (22 Ha - South West England) wishes to fill a temporary winemaker position from mid-September 2018 to mid-April 2019, under the responsibility of the Wine Director.

 

 

 

Experience of 3 to 5 years is desirable, preferably in sparkling wines but not mandatory.

 

 

 

Job Description:

 

- Grapes maturity control

 

- Vineyard parcel tracking

 

- Harvest

 

- Post vinification harvest

 

- 1st analyses

 

- Preparation for blending, tartaric stabilisation and filtration

 

- Bottling

 

- Help with disgorgments

 

- Competence in labeling welcome

 

 

 

Mandatory car

 

Conditional accomodation

 

English spoken essential
