MVM Ltd currently manages 200 acres of vineyards for 12 clients within a 10 miles radius in the Maldon district of south Essex. 

The region's vineyard area is expanding 25% year on year.

We are recruiting for an Assistant Vineyard Manager to start immediately. The role has career progression for the right candidate.

The role involves:

  • All machinery operations
  • Harvesting
  • Winter Pruning
  • Logistics assistance, incl distribution of materials and transportation of machinery to the different sites.
  • Decison making in repsect to certain aspects of grass and weed management.

Candidate must have own accommodation in Essex. Help will be provided to find accommodation.

PA1 & PA3 certificate preferable but not essential.

Minimum two years vineyard work experience essential. 

Excellent remuneration package. Paid on hourly rate to reflect long working hours at certain times of the year.
