Are you a creative Marketer with an affinity for luxury brands? 

If so, great! We’re looking for a Brand Manager to join the Royal Salute global Brand Marketing team to support the Senior Brand Manager and Marketing Manager on NPD, BTL asset development, Brand Experience, Sustainability and Responsibility and Brand Ambassador co-ordination.

Royal Salute was created in 1953 to mark the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II and was crafted to represent the pinnacle of Scotch whisky. It is the leading prestige whisky brand worldwide, unanimously recognized as the most luxurious whisky in the world.

Royal Salute’s main geographic area is Asia, in particular, Travel Retail, China, Taiwan, Korea, India and Vietnam. Expansion ambitions mainly concern the USA, as the #1 market for luxury goods and the UK, as the brand home country.

In our quest for driving brand fame and desirability world-wide, the development of new products in the Ultra-Prestige segment to excite existing and new consumers and HNWIs is key, as is the activation and amplification of our brand experience, sustainability & responsibility platform, and coordination of our Royal Salute brand ambassadors.

As a Brand Manager, you will work in conjunction with the Senior Brand Manager and Marketing Manager to:

• Project manage all stages of the NPD process from concept through to new product development for Limited Editions and/or Permanent SKUs in the Royal Salute Ultra-Prestige range.
• Develop a 360 activation campaign toolkit to include impactful and inspiring merchandising initiatives for both Travel Retail and On/off Premise, digital assets and activation assets.
• Work with Brand Communications team to develop a PR launch strategy to activate both globally and within key local markets
• Refresh and develop brand sensory and tasting experiences
• Support Sustainability and Responsibility platform activation leveraging current and future brand partnerships
• Manage objectives and KPIs for two Royal Salute global brand ambassadors to drive market outreach and co-ordination

Our ideal Brand Manager will have some Marketing experience with an understanding of the full marketing mix. Some experience in NPD and 360 campaign development in a luxury and creative environment would be a plus. You will have super project management skills with the confidence to accept accountability for your projects and decisions. Since you will be working with the Ultra-Prestige range, an interest in and sensitivity for luxury, design and style will be necessary.

You will demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, always identifying new opportunities for the brand and being able to develop projects from a “blank sheet”. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, will be necessary to work with our international markets and colleagues as well as to present confidently to both internal and external audiences.
