Fantastic opportunity to take the lead as Head Sommelier working with our award winning team across a unique range of food and beverage outlets – We are looking for someone with Michelin experience, an outstanding track record for delivering impeccable hospitality as a Head Sommelier, someone with a real passion for wines, cocktails, beers and beverage who brings experience of high end service in a similar 5 star setting, with a natural ability to develop and grow their team to the next level.

We are looking for a Head Sommelier who will wow our guests and can demonstrate:

  • A very strong background working ideally as Head Sommelier in a Michelin setting
  • Impeccable guest service skills with a background of exceeding guest expectations
  • A passion for great wines accompanied by an appetite to build and share knowledge
  • As Head Sommelier, you will understand the workings of a well managed cellar and demonstrate the highest attention to detail – you will be highly organised
  • Proven experience as Head Sommelier with a very strong understanding of wine pairing
  • Excellent standard of written and spoken English
  • An engaging personality with a flair for communication at all levels
  • Immaculate personal presentation
  • WSET or equivalent qualifications

Our Head Sommelier will work as a key member of our Food and Beverage team, leading and developing the team to maximise sales across all of our outlets and coaching and up-skilling the food service team to develop their understanding of wine and beverage.
