Now, we’re looking for a Bar & Cocktail Manager who lives and breathes modern mixology to take things to the next level.

The Role

Managing all aspects of the bar running and cellar management. You’ll lead from the front, with high standards, curating a cocktail programme that turns heads and keeps guests coming back. Think seasonal menus, premium spirits, house infusions, and drinks that look as good as they taste.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creating bold, innovative cocktail menus with a strong identity and story.
  • Running our bar on shift and ensuring the drinks keep flowing.
  • Experimenting with flavours, techniques, and presentation (smokes, infusions, clarifications, etc.)
  • Training a second in command to look after things whilst you are off duty.
  • Driving a high-performance, high-energy service culture.
  • Managing stock, suppliers, and maintaining good cellar protocol.
  • Keeping the bar ahead of trends — from low & no-alcohol to premium serves.
  • Ensuring every drink that leaves the bar is Instagram-worthy and perfectly executed.
  • Assist in the planning and running of event nights such as our quarterly Wine Club.

What We’re Looking For

  • A proven Bar or Cocktail Manager who knows their way around a busy, premium venue.
  • A genuine passion for modern cocktails, spirits, and flavour profiles.
  • Creativity and flair — you bring ideas, not just follow recipes.
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Commercial awareness and an eye for detail.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
