We need instant energy, enthusiasm, and good old fashioned graft! Strong,confident, no nonesense,yet with a kind and helpful demeanor, there must be a pride in service and pleasure in people. We consider ourselves professionals, knowledgable but always learning, and lucky to work and live in beautiful Cornwall.
