To manage one of the retail branches in Cambridge which also encompasses a wine bar and events space. You will be responsible for: maximising sales (retail and wholesale); managing staff and rotas; ordering the stock for the branch; assisting in running the wine bar; training your staff; merchandising the branch; organising and running customer tastings & events; and tasting some wonderful wines.
A passion for wine and customer service is a must. As is the ability to multi-task and to carry off the responsibility of working for one of the best independent wine merchants in the country, and have fun doing it.
