European Supply Chain Administrator (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

Cru World Wine (www.cruworldwine.com) is looking for a full-time European Supply Chain Administrator to start immediately in our European Operations team. Cru believes in automation and technology. Hence, the ideal candidate will have an appetite for technology and should aim to help develop a lean and agile business.

Missions:

  • Supplier relationship management: Liaise with Cru’s vendors with the aim of fulfilling purchase orders on time and in full
  • European logistics: organize shipping movement from suppliers to one of Cru’s European warehouse and within Cru’s warehouse network
  • Goods in control: supervising the receipt of goods within Cru’ European warehouse network.
  • Continuous improvement project: Assist the Head of Operation improving the in-house ERP system and support the growth of the international supply chain network


Qualifications:

  •  Attention to detail, well organized and active “can-do” attitude
  • An interest in wine is important but no major knowledge is compulsory
  • Appetite for technology and desire to constantly improve things and find solutions
  • Supply chain experience and/or bachelor’s degree in operations/business administration
