An exciting position that includes managing the new shop and developing private sales at this growing retail location by Junction 5, M3 in Northeast Hampshire. You will be at the heart of leading a growing and compelling young wine & gin business. The role involves management, sales and purchase, as well as business development.
Essential skills & roles include:
- Strong customer facing communication
- Proven sales development
- Working knowledge of wines, gins and whiskies
- Physically fit with good presentation skills
- Confident IT skills & good level of literacy
- Flexibility & able to work within a small varied team
- Own transport required
- You will be required to visit customers and host tastings and events in outside locations, as well as within the shops.
Competitive basic salary – based on previous experience and record - with bonus
