JOB TITLE – Assistant Bars Manager
DEPARTMENT – Food & Beverage
CONTRACT TYPE - Permanent
RATE OF PAY - Competitive salary plus excellent benefits!
HOURS – 40 hours over 5 days, including weekends
LOCATION – Cardiff CF10 1DA

OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -
- A naturally friendly manner with a calm, confident personality
- A passion for delivering exceptional service in a high-volume environment
- Proven experience in a similar role at a 4 or 5-star property, or high-end restaurant
- Strong people management skills and the ability to handle operational challenges
- Diploma-level qualification (or equivalent) is preferred
