Fine Wine Cellar Assistant (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

Founded in 2013 Hatton and Edwards are Fine Wine Fine Wine Merchants based in Canonbury. We sell fine wine to customers in the UK and all around the world.

We are looking for a highly organised, self-motivated, enthusiastic and efficient individual who will be able to positively add to our team.

Responsibilities

Receiving, recording, and putting away deliveries

Ensuring upkeep of a neat, tidy, and well organised cellar

Taking condition report photos

Assisting the Logistics manager in picking and packing outbound orders

Start Date asap

Office Based

The candidate should have excellent organisational skills and impeccable attention to detail. They will need to maintain and manage our London Cellar. The successful candidate will be responsible for organising orders and deliveries coming in to and out of our London office. They will have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of a growing business and in time can become integral to it.

Requirements

Strong organisational, communication and IT skills

The ability to regularly lift cases of wine weighing up to 18kg

An interest in Fine Wine and Spirits

Salary £26,500+ an annual discretionary performance related bonus
