We’re looking for a dynamic sales professional ready to step up and take ownership of their territory. If you love building relationships, smashing targets, and working with exceptional wines and producers, this is your perfect next move.
What you’ll do
- Grow and manage a portfolio of on-trade customers: restaurants, pubs, hotels, brasseries, and independents
- Build strong partnerships with customers through tailored plans, brilliant service, and smart commercial thinking
- Win new business with compelling pitches and well-structured commercial deals
- Collaborate with internal teams across Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales to deliver outstanding results
- Become a trusted wine expert for your customers — advising on lists, menus, and product choices
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years’ experience in the drinks industry, ideally in an on-trade sales role
- A track record of hitting (and beating!) sales targets
- Passion for wine — WSET Level 2 – 3 preferred
- Confident communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Commercial awareness, relationship-building skills, and a proactive, self-driven mindset
