We are looking for a charismatic, professional bartenders to join our Food & Beverage team, supporting our restaurant, weddings, events, and corporate functions.
You will be confident behind the bar, passionate about all things hospitality, and genuinely enjoy talking to people. Whether you are serving guests at an elegant wedding, a busy restaurant service, or a lively celebration, your warmth, personality, and attention to detail will help create an exceptional guest experience.
What we are looking for
You will:
- Have at least 2 years’ bar tending experience in a hospitality environment
- Know how to make a brilliant cocktail and deliver consistent, high quality drinks
- Be welcoming, personable, and naturally engaging with guests
- Have the confidence to create a fun and memorable atmosphere
- Be a true team player who supports both bar and restaurant operations
- Take pride in presentation, professionalism, and guest service
- Be reliable, flexible, and able to work evenings and weekends
- Feel comfortable appearing on social media and promotional content to showcase cocktails, events, and the Red Hall experience
- Bring positive energy and a can do attitude to every shift
The role includes
- Cocktail making and beverage service
- Supporting weddings, events, and corporate functions
- Restaurant and bar service
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Recommending wines, spirits, and cocktails to guests
- Working closely with the wider Food & Beverage team to deliver seamless service
The interview process
Successful candidates will be invited to:
- A practical cocktail making assessment
- A short wine and beverage knowledge questionnaire
- A formal interview with the Food & Beverage management team
We are looking for someone who is not only skilled behind the bar, but someone guests genuinely enjoy meeting.
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
