Systems Process Specialist (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

We have an opportunity for a Systems Process Specialist to join our IT Team at our Accolade Park site close to the M5 near Bristol. You will be required to develop and maintain business processes which meet the business requirements and are aligned with system capability. You will have responsibility for ownership of current business operating practise within designated field of expertise. You will be involved in all major IT or Business Systems change projects. You will be required to co-ordinate departmental, business and external resources for both development and operational support within and post project launch.

• Project management and business analysis, ensuring timely implementation of new enhanced business solutions
• Co-ordinating the activities of users, suppliers and process & applications development staff
• Ongoing analysis of existing business processes to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
• Manage new projects within an appropriate framework for risk management, reporting and, resource & cost control
• Manage system upgrade/integration projects as required for acquisition or new product releases

• Provide out-of-hours support where deemed necessary and appropriate  

Required experience is:

• Possess good  project management experience, across multi business function
• Proven record as business analyst within an FMCG environment
• Experience of a wide variety of technologies including ERP, BI reporting systems and warehouse management systems. 
• Demonstrable commercial awareness and strong customer focus.
• Results focused and problem solving ability.
• Proactive in seeking new and emerging technologies to be able to identify opportunities and drive solutions.

You will also have the flexibility to work out of office hours to accommodate the occasional call with our Australian colleagues and have the ability to travel to our Weybridge site if required.
