Learning and Development Specialist (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

We have a new opportunity for a Learning and Development Specialist to join our HR Team at our Accolade Park site close to the M5 near Bristol. The purpose of this role is to support in delivering the global talent and development objectives by performing tasks associated with the planning, coordination and implementation of learning and development programmes and organisational development initiatives within Accolade Wines ensuring alignment with the Company strategic goals.

• Develop and facilitate relevant “in-house” training sessions / programs
• Assist in the design and deliver learning & development initiatives with supporting materials across all levels of the business
• Coordinate the development, delivery and evaluation of staff learning and development programs 
• Assist in collating data for talent and performance calibration sessions
• Coordinate Accolade Wines training and education assistance and study leave program
• Support in the management of the annual Training budget
• Administrate Accolade Wines on-line Learning Management System (LMS) and ensuring systematic capture of corporate training records and data. 
• Liaise with training providers to ensure correct setup and equipment requirements are provided.
• Develop and coordinate the corporate induction programs
• Assist with the development and implementation of organisational development / strategic OD and Business Improvement policy and programs
• Provide advice and guidance to Managers on the current development needs of individuals and teams and provide advice on appropriate development activities
• Working with the Head of Talent and Development to support the implementation of global processes to capture talent data
• Working with the Head of Talent and Development to apply succession planning methodologies, with a focus on critical roles.
• Implementing appropriate selection techniques for recruitment, with critical roles being the initial focus.
• Supporting the HR team and leaders across the region to identify learning needs and to agree priorities and plans for implementation
• Undertake evaluation of post-delivery of learning and development initiatives to ensure we can report on overall effectiveness of programmes
• Prepare reports on training effectiveness

Required experience is

• Demonstrated experience in developing and evaluating training programs
• Experience in managing content and administering an online Learning Management System (LMS) 
• Experience in modular/blended development programmes including online training material

You will have the flexibility to work out of office hours to accommodate the occasional call with our Australian colleagues and have the ability to travel to our Weybridge site if required.
