Account Manager; Salary is competitive with 20 days annual salary.

We’re mad about drinks – and most importantly – innovation. We’re wine-makers by trade – but we’ve turned our attention to the world’s oldest drink, Mead, and made it fresh, crisp and beautifully modern. We’ve made something incredible – and now we need to tell the world.

With the highest accolade of 2018 Kent Food Product of the Year under our belt (in our first year), we’re looking for someone to help us grow exponentially. If you like talking drink – and have a nose for sales, we want to hear from you.

Who we are looking for

Someone who loves the drinks trade. Someone who is good with people, who thrives in a creative environment. Someone who can come up with an idea and see it through.

Day to day activities will include visiting and talking to customers, speaking to new customers, organizing tastings at our winery, helping with marketing & social media management. At times such as harvest, you may want to help us in the vineyard too!

Your responsibilities will include

• Customer Management
• Developing sales strategies and targets
• Building Brand awareness through marketing initiatives eg.
  • Event management support (on-site & off-site)
  • Collateral & Marketing materials development
  • Merchandise development
  • Partnership marketing initiatives
  • Website & Content management 
  • CRM and newsletters

Requirements

• University degree educated
  • (Non-degree candidates will be considered with suitable experience)
• Preferably an interest in the wine / beer trade or experience in FMCG or related retail / hospitality industry
• Excellent literacy and writing skills are essential
• Video / photography / editing skills will be highly favourable
• Driving licence
• Permission to work in the UK
