- You must be trained to at least WSET Level 2
- Ensuring shop if fully stocked at all times
- Placing orders and taking deliveries
- Anticipating customer needs and trends and fulfilling them
- Open and close
- Work under your own initiative
- Manage a small team
- Deliver world class service
- Operate the bar funtion within the store
