Play a central role in Oastbrook’s customer experience            

We are looking for an entrepreneurial partner, full of energy and passion for wine who wants to build a wine hospitality franchise directly with wine consumers and wine tourists and in return take a share in the profits. We have an incredible site and facilities and you will work closely with the founders to deliver a magical set of experiences that represent the quality and style of our offering.

Responsibilities                                                                 

You will take responsibility for:

·        Managing the Oastbrook Tasting Room and related hospitality

·        Building an experience franchise for our wine club, event and corporate customers

·        Managing the on site retail operations, event management and customer service

·        Co-ordinating and conducting vineyard tours during the summer months

·        Coordinating weddings and wedding tours

·        Helping support and build relationships with new and existing business partners 

 

To be successful in this role you will:

·        Have sales, marketing  and service experience in a front-of-house high-end hospitality setting

·        Love delivering unique customer experiences that drive sales and customer loyalty

·        Thrive on working in a customer-facing, results-driven role

·        Be experienced in managing (or keen to quickly learn) the operations behind wine hospitality sales

·        Be knowledgeable about or have an interest in learning about the wine industry

·        Have knowledge of or be interested in viticulture

·        Strong interpersonal skills, outgoing and approachable

·        Good organisational skills
