One of the best restaurants in the midlands is looking from sommelier for their michelin star’d restaurant in Birmingham city centre.This truly is a great opportunity for a sommelier to join this fantastic team and make their mark on this already fantastic wine list.
You will need to be in a sommelier role at the moment/pre covid and have a huge passion for wines, from classic, old world to new, natural and organic.WSET is obviously a must and ideally, you will have a passion for training and developing the team around you.
