As the UK’s largest Independent retailer of champagne, we are currently looking for a creative and passionate individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and creative marketeer who has an adaptable and positive approach to new challenges.
You will need to have a keen eye for detail and a true passion for getting creative on a daily basis.
The role will involve working with the Marketing Director adding content to a market leading e-commerce platform and email marketing platform, posting to social and creating video and still content via Adobe Suite / Photoshop.
Other digital tools and software programmes will be introduced and used for marketing, updating products, content and marketing imagery and content on the websites.
Essential Skills:
- Experienced with Adobe / Suite Photoshop.
- An excellent level of written English.
- Previous experience in a Marketing/Digital Marketing role.
- Strong MS Office knowledge - Teams, MS Outlook, Excel, Word etc
- Experience in creating and using direct email marketing
- Comfortable with e-commerce website administration
- Experience in creating innovative social media posts and running multiple social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest) using brand guidelines.
Desired skills:
- Experience and knowledge of Wine/Spirits - WSET Level 2 preferred
- Blog & content writing experience.
- Video clip filming and editing
Top Accountabilities:
- Support and work closely with the Marketing & Ecommerce Director on new and existing projects.
- Maintain and regularly update a clear marketing schedule calendar.
- Create and schedule social media posts.
- Regularly update the website with new imagery and written content.
- Design, schedule and send regular email marketing campaigns.
- Product management - work with team updating stock, content, imagery and pricing as well as managing uploading of new products using e-commerce website admin.
- Liaising with the team in other departments ie Customer services to ensure correct messaging is given to customers.

Own transport is essential and the successful candidate should live within a reasonable distance of the HQ; remote working is possible after a minimum service period.
From £21,500 dependent on skillset and experience.
