Vinca Wine
Bermondsey, Southwark, London, Greater London,

Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: London (Hybrid)
Contract: Full-time
An exciting opportunity to join the team at Vinca Wine. An ambitious, sustainably-minded wine company on a mission to shake up the industry. We’re growing fast, and we need someone brilliant to keep things moving behind the scenes.
We’re hiring an Operations Manager to join our small but mighty team. You’ll play a key role in making sure our wine gets where it needs to be, whether that’s to the shelves of major supermarkets, the fridges of the biggest music festivals, or to wine lovers across the country who buy from our website. You’ll manage stock levels across our partner warehouses, coordinate shipments from our winery, and build great relationships with our suppliers and logistics partners.
You’ll also get stuck into some big projects as we take Vinca beyond the UK and grow into new markets. There will be opportunity to learn, take ownership, and grow with us as we scale.
This role is perfect for someone who is proactive and a self-starter, can solve complex problems, and can work independently to keep things running smoothly.
Who We Are
We make exceptional organic Sicilian wine and serve it in sustainable formats. Our award-winning cans and aluminium bottles are made for moments, big and small: festivals, trains, football matches, dinner on the sofa.
We started Vinca to prove that canned wine can (and should) taste as good as the best bottles. So we partnered with an incredible winemaker in Sicily, entered every blind-tasting competition we could find and started winning. Our range is now stocked in over 2,000 retail locations, poured on airlines, and enjoyed at stadiums and theatres up and down the country.
We’re a rapidly growing, fast-moving startup on a mission to shake up the industry with organic wine that’s better for the planet and better for your taste buds. We’ve grown fast, and we’re just getting started.
What You’ll Do
- Manage supply chain logistics from our winery in Sicily to our canning and bottling partners in the UK and in Europe
- Troubleshoot issues across the supply chain — and fix them fast
- Keep customer orders running smoothly from the moment they’re placed to the moment they arrive
- Manage stock across multiple warehouses
- Liaise with suppliers, winemakers, hauliers, and fulfilment partners
- Forecast demand and plan production to stay ahead of growth
- Handle import/export, customs paperwork, and compliance
- Support the sales team with accurate availability and lead times
- Constantly improve our processes with sustainability and efficiency in mind
- Maintain our high-standards of customer service when things don’t go as planned
What We’re Looking For
- A confident communicator and problem-solver
- A spreadsheet whizz and a natural organiser
- Can work independently and love improving how things work
- You care about sustainability and want to work for a purpose-driven brand
- Some experience in FMCG logistics – or you’re eager to dive in and learn fast
- Ability to manage inventory across multiple channels
What You’ll Get
- Salary based on experience, and competitive within the industry.
- Wine allowance (obviously)
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Day off on your birthday
- Paid gym membership
- Hybrid working – we’re in the office at least 3 days a week, and flexible on the rest
- Guestlist access to some of the UK’s best music and sports events for you and your friends
- Very occasional weekend work (e.g. festivals)—but you’ll get days in lieu
- Team trip to our vineyards in Sicily
- Space to grow, learn, and shape the role as the company scales
