FULL TRAINING PROVIDED
We are currently looking for a Field Service Technician to join our growing team within the beverage industry.
You do not need an engineering background – full training will be provided. However, you must be confident using hand and power tools, have good manual dexterity, and be comfortable working independently.
If you’ve worked in the beverage industry, on a canning or bottling line, or within a winery environment, we would especially like to hear from you.
Job Overview
As a Field Service Technician, you will:
- Install, configure and commission industrial equipment at customer sites
- Perform system start-ups and calibration
- Service and maintain machinery
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints and technical manuals
- Provide on-site technical training to customers on system operation and safety procedures
- Deliver professional customer service while managing multiple service calls
- Communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical clients and internal teams
- Complete documentation including worksheets, timesheets and site visit reports
- Travel across the UK, including regular overnight stays during builds
- Provide on-call / emergency support during harvest season (September–October) – overtime paid

Candidate Requirements
Essential:
- Full UK driving licence
- Comfortable using hand and power tools (spanners, screwdrivers, ratchet sets, drills, etc.)
- Positive attitude and proactive approach
- Reliable and professional manner
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a maintenance or repair environment
- Basic mechanical or electrical knowledge
- Experience in drinks production / beverage manufacturing
