Day to day
As a Sommelier your main role will be preparing and serving drinks to our guests.
You will be communicating directly with guests and be required to demonstrate a good level of beverage knowledge and capable of making recommendations based on personal preferences.
You will be responsible for communicating stock requirements to the Head Sommelier and ensuring a clean and efficient working environment.
You would be heavily involved in menu development and work closely with the Head Sommelier regarding any ideas you may have to improve the service and product.
This role involves working 4 days between Wednesday-Sunday every week. Shifts patterns may vary but average hours are 50 each week.
