Sales & Marketing)
Full Time
Arundel, West Sussex (Hybrid),
England
The Role π₯
Digby Fine English is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and energetic Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our growth within our trade and corporate sales channels.
You will be the vital link between our senior leadership and our customers. This is a multifaceted "engine room" role where you will support the Business Development and the Marketing team in executing trade strategies, supporting corporate sales, and delivering world-class brand training and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Trade Support
β The "Backyard" Specialist: Act as the primary administrative point of contact for our trade partners, ensuring orders, POS materials, and brand assets are delivered seamlessly.
β Business Development Support: Assist the Senior Business Development Manager with lead generation, CRM management, and preparing sales presentations for London and regional accounts.
β Commercial Admin: Manage the sales processing flow, from initial inquiry to invoicing and delivery coordination.
2. Corporate & Consumer Sales
β Outreach: Support the team in identifying and contacting local target businesses for partnership opportunities.
β Direct Sales Support: Assist in the coordination of consumer-facing events, ensuring the "Digby Spirit" is present in every interaction.
3. Training & Brand Advocacy
β Trade Training Support: Help organize and facilitate staff training sessions for our trade customers (restaurants, hotels, and retailers) to ensure they tell the Digby story with confidence.
β Tasting Room Synergy: Work closely with the Arundel Tasting Room team to ensure brand consistency between our physical home and our trade presence.
4. Marketing Coordination
β Asset Management: Ensure all marketing collateral (digital and physical) is up to date and available for the sales team.
Who You Are
β Highly Organized: You thrive on spreadsheets, checklists, and clear communication. You are the person who "makes things happen" behind the scenes.
β A People Person: You are comfortable picking up the phone to a corporate client or welcoming a trade partner to the Arundel Tasting Room.
β Hospitality Savvy: You have a passion for the hospitality guest experience and understand the unique landscape of the South Coast’s premium hospitality and business sector.
β Wine Enthusiast: While a WSET Level 2 is an advantage, a genuine curiosity and passion for English Sparkling Wine are essential.
β Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM systems eg Attio, Google Suite, and ideally some basic design or social media tools.
Why Digby Fine English?
You will be joining a visionary brand at the most exciting time for English Wine. This role offers a front-row seat to how a luxury wine brand is built, offering huge variety and the chance to work with a high-performing, cheeky, and ambitious team.
