2026 Harvest Positions in England!

Gusbourne Estate is an award-winning English fine wine producer, based in Appledore, Kent, producing vintage-only sparkling & still wines.

We have 60 hectares of Estate-grown fruit planted across Kent. Our vineyards grow Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, primarily contributing to our traditional method sparkling wine programme, with a few select blocks going to our small (but growing) still wine production.

Harvest usually spans across September and October. We’re initiating the process of hiring seasonal cellar hands for various roles across the winery team and looking to fill a hybrid Lab/Cellar position. Prior experience is always welcome but is not a prerequisite for consideration.

Accommodation, one meal per shift, and transport* will be provided.
