Rathfinny Wine Estate is looking for a full-time stock controller to assist in the production and distribution of our world-class Sussex sparkling wines.
The role involves:
• Ongoing receival, handling and dispatch of goods, and recording thereof
• Monthly stock-taking, reconciliation, and reporting
• Warehousing of bottled stock following bottling, disgorging, and labelling operations
• Maintenance of premises & equipment
• Supporting winery and production operations at key points in the year
The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics and stock control, be able to manually handle wine in bottles, cases (up to 16kg), be self-motivated and able to perform repetitive tasks at a good speed, have an eye for detail and confidence with record keeping and figures. They should also be enthusiastic about the production of Sussex sparkling wines and enjoy working with a small team.
Prior stock control and forklift experience would be advantageous.
