The administration team is growing, and we’re on the lookout for the right candidate to grow our ranks. We are looking for an office coordinator to work alongside our fast-growing team, because keeping Passione Vino running behind the scenes is a full-time job!
We’re here Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, based in Leonard Street – and while no two days are the same, the most important part of your job will be to be the main point of contact between our customers, our sales team, and all third-party partners who are helping at every stage of the distribution journey.
Whatever your background, you’ll be passionate about providing the best possible customer experience, be quick-thinking and organised, with attention to details, and sharing our commitment to helping Passione Vino grow.
Knowledge of Sage accounting software and previous work experience in an administrative role are always appreciated, but not essential.
Wine love is always a plus!
