Play an essential role in Digby’s customer experience              

As the Retail Tasting Room & Customer Experience Manager, you will play a critical role in building our direct to consumer sales presence. You will be a key member of the team, working closely with the founders to forge a magical set of experiences that represent the quality and style of our Fine English fizz.

Responsibilities                                                                 

As the Retail Tasting Room & Customer Experience Manager, you will take responsibility for:

·       Managing the Digby Fine English tasting room and retail sales operations  

·       Creating and delivering exquisite experiences for our retail, event and corporate customers

·       Managing the retail operations including inventory, resourcing, event management

To be successful in this role you will:

·       Have sales experience in a front-of-house luxury retail, wholesale or hospitality setting

·       Love delivering exquisite customer experiences that drive sales and customer loyalty

·       Thrive on working in a customer-facing, results-driven role

·       Be experienced in managing (or are keen to quickly learn) the operations that support a retail sales environment

·       Be knowledgeable about or have an interest in learning about the luxury end of the wine industry

Working Hours Full-time, initially Wednesday – Sunday day-time hours but with flexibility and seasonal variation 

Location Based in Digby’s stylish new offices and Tasting Room at 55-57 High Street, Arundel, West Sussex, BN18 9AJ
