Whilst you’ll need proven management success in a high-volume restaurant setting, it’s not all about experience for us. The right energy, ambition & attitude are equally important.

  • Exceptional hands-on leadership and team management skills
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive financial success

  • Knowledge of industry trends, market analysis & competitor activities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & make strategic decisions

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless & exceptional dining experience for our guests
  • Lead, mentor & motivate a high-performing team to uphold our standards of service & hospitality
  • Develop & implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth & meet financial targets
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction & engagement
  • Manage inventory, control costs & optimise operational efficiency
  • Foster positive relationships with suppliers, our team & stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations & uphold food quality standards
  • Innovate & implement initiatives to attract & retain customers
