Up to £45,000 OTE

The Old Bridge is a unique,award-winning hotel,restaurant,and wine shop with a long-standing reputation for excellence. We are looking for a Sommelier to join our passionate team and help us deliver outstanding wine service to our guests.

About the role:

• Curate and maintain our extensive wine list,working closely with the Head Chef to ensure perfect pairings with seasonal menus.
• Guide and engage guests with wine recommendations that enhance their dining experience.
• Support and train the front-of-house team,helping to build confidence and knowledge across all levels.
• Manage cellar operations,stock levels,and supplier relationships.
• Contribute to wine tastings,events,and the continued development of our wine culture.

About you:

• A Sommelier or wine professional with WSET qualifications (Level 3 or Diploma desirable).
• Strong experience in a quality restaurant,hotel,or hospitality environment.
• A natural communicator with a warm,engaging style that inspires both guests and colleagues.
• Organised,commercially aware,and passionate about delivering consistently high standards.
