Required Skills / Experience : We are looking for a Commis Sommelier to take responsibility for wine service in the restaurant at Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons. The role involves working in a Sommelier team with high standards within all areas front of house. This is an opportunity to learn and develop your knowledge in wines, spirits and beverages. The role includes assisting the Sommelier team to deliver an elegant style of service and exceeding guest expectations.

The ideal candidate will
- Be able to communicate with colleagues and managers
- Have a good knowledge of wine
- Demonstrate a passion for attention to detail and excellence
- Have previous experience in a similar luxury restaurant
- Be someone who wants to learn and develop
