This beautiful 4* Norfolk hotel with amazing panoramic views is looking at recruiting 3 Chef de Parties to join their award winning kitchen team.
This hotelis a privately owned and family run which has a magnificent location with panoramic views across an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The hotel has over 60 bedrooms, 2 spacious lounges, a bar, restaurant, and leisure/spa facilities.The hotel has extensive conference and banqueting facilities also for up to 100 people.
The hotels restaurant, bar and terrace have stunning panoramic views, and offers a range of hearty English or Continental breakfasts, light lunches, local, seasonal a la carte and daily table d’hote menus for residents and non-residents. In recognition of the quality oftheir food,they have been awarded an AA rosette for10 consecutive years.
You will require previous experience within a quality fresh food environment. Rosette experience is not necessary. However, NVQ or equivalent qualifications would be an advantageous but not essential. What is essential is a true passion, the willingness to learn and you must be a team player.
