Are you our next Sommelier? Join the team in the restaurant team at the renowned five red star Chewton Glen. The role is for 48 hours per week working 5 days out of 7. You will be integral to the experience in The Dining Room restaurant to ensure our guests experience the amazing wine on offer from our famous wine list. You will work in a small team under the guidance of our Wine Director Francesco Gabriele and undertake all area of the sommelier role, from preparing the glasses to recommending and selling our stunning wines.

Sommelier
We are looking for a Sommelier to:
- Have experience in a similar role, ideally within a hotel or restaurant environment
- Be willing to learn and develop to increase your knowledge
- Great attention to detail & teamwork
- Be able to multitask; we can serve up to 120 guests per service
- Hold or WSET or equivalent qualification
